What happens after I order?
We will send you a confirmation email with your order details and you will receive an email once your package is dispatched.
How will my items be delivered?
An post small package.
Please note that bespoke/ handmade items can take up to 6 weeks. this is only a small selection.
Packaging may contain a logo – just be aware in case you are ordering it as a gift to someone else in your property.

Returns and Refund?
We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However if you are not completely happy we will gladly offer a refund on any unwanted items less the cost of postage.
Items must be returned within 14 days unused and in original packaging and suitable for resale with proof of purchase.
Certain items are exempt from being returned:
Hairbrushes, combs and clips
Hair tools
make up
Gift Cards and Vouchers
Earrings are a non returnable item for hygiene reasons.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing a part for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.
If you receive a refund the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping cost are non refundable.
When you are shipping your item please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
