I had a quick chat with Jules Bridal to find out the background behind the glitz and crafting of bridal bliss with Jules Bridal!

So read on to discover, how we met, how Jules got into this industry and where does she find her inspiration for all the beautiful pieces!

Lorraine Browne Hair and I crossed paths in 2014 when she reached out to us. Recognizing the overlap of clientele, many having purchased pieces from our studio and sought Lorraine’s expertise for their hair styling and vice versa – Lorraine saw the potential for collaboration and proposed incorporating Jules Bridal’s hair accessories into her trials. We were more than happy to do so and glad this initial interaction sparked us working together over the years on bridal, private events and photoshoots.

How did you start into the industry?

As a child, I loved handcrafting; making things out of paper. I would spend hours creating all sorts of things with scissors, glue, fabric, ribbon – anything I could get my hands on! My family had a jewellery shop on O’Connell Street and they manufactured many pieces themselves back in those days. I was fascinated at the craftsmanship that went into each design. I adored spending time watching the jewellery being made…maybe got in the way plenty of the time! But it gave me real insight into the business and my love of jewellery making stemmed. LORRAINE BROWNE Freelance Hair Stylist

What inspires you?

Most of my designs come from my travels abroad. I love soaking up another culture and using  inspiration in some form in my collections. It still surprises me, I could be anywhere in the world and someone would stop me and compliment on my earrings or my necklace!

Our brides and wedding partners are so sweet and usually share photos, posts, or videos of how their wedding went – We love seeing beautiful photos of our happy brides! You may expect that after 20 years in the business, we would get bored. Nope! Each bride is special in their own way with fabulous gowns, tastefully selected accessories, hair and makeup, gorgeous venue… It makes my heart sing to think we had a part to play in creating the perfect day!
